Our mobile library caters for three distinct age groups:
Little Steps (4-9yrs)
Books are read to the children.
Explorers (10-14yrs)
Children are allowed to borrow books to encourage independent reading.
Trekkers (15yrs+)
Young people have the opportunity to engage with reading discussion groups.

We want to encourage those within our community who want to pursue a career in creative writing. Our Aspiring Writers Group meet to discuss writing ideas and exchange their work for feedback.

Our annual Writers Competition allows those in our Aspiring Writers Group to submit a piece of work, with the best manuscripts being put forward to a publishing company.

BOOK CLUB MANAGER
Dee encourages a love of reading by introducing book club members to a wide range of genres. She also oversees the Aspiring Writers Group.
